A New Look

  • inVision 3.0 features a totally redesigned user interface, simpler for users to manage and more understandable at a glance.
  • The appearance is fully customizable by color scheme, font, logo, and other corporate branding elements.

A New Way To Create

  • inVision 3.0 eliminates a step in creating marketing material. Simply pick a template, pick a property, and finalize. Users have the option to edit, but are not automatically directed to the inFly editor.
  • Users can create marketing material directly from the main page, eliminating tab navigation to set up new projects.
  • Users are directed to confirm property details before reaching the "Finalize & Publish" page for marketing material. Quickly fix any gaps or errors in information to give materials a more polished, professional look.

A New Way To Organize

  • inVision 3.0 incorporates a "tagging" structure, to provide users with comprehensive yet flexible content organization. Tagging allows users to organize content to their own parameters, instead of adhering to a rigid pre-set folder structure or to another user's organizational method.
  • inVision 3.0 is divided into just two primary areas, for simplicity and greater functionality - create new marketing material in one place; manage existing marketing material in another.

A New Way To Communicate

  • inVision 3.0 features an advanced email tracking system. Statistics on overall and individual open rate, destination information, and more are listed by contact and available in a downloadable file.
  • Users can resend an email campaign specifically to contacts who did not open the email at a previous sending.

A New Way To Get Help

  • The inVision 3.0 release coincides with the launch of a new service - the MindMatrix Support Center.  Find answers by searching the Knowledgebase catalog of frequently asked questions, downloading step-by-step tutorials, or submitting a ticket request for help.
  • The MindMatrix Support Center features a live chat module for one-on-one customer service through an instant messaging medium.
